Workshops

I run workshops that give young people a safe space to be brave, vulnerable, and actually connect with themselves and each other. All workshops include hands-on activities, real conversation and practical tools they can use long after the workshop ends.

Friendships Workshop

Practical friendship tools for tween girls navigating drama, exclusion & boundaries through hands on activities in a safe, gentle, supportive space.

Online Crafternoon

A calm online craft hangout for tweens (8-12 years) to relax, create and chat about things like confidence, friendships and big feelings in a gentle, supportive space.

What others are saying...

‘I feel much better about what has been going on in my life.’

-Emma, Participant (Age 10)

‘I enjoyed listening to Annabel because it was something new for me and it was interesting. I leaned about our inner negative voice and how to tame it.’

-Tom, Participant (Age 16)

‘My 9 year old daughter loved the workshop and learning about what self esteem means, exploring this in everyday situations, having a safe space to share thoughts, feelings and experiences and listening to other girls doing the same in a really supportive and positive environment. All the techniques used were perfect for the age group of the girls in the workshop, keeping them engaged, talking and learning whilst having fun. My daughter still talks about the workshop and said she would love to go back and join in again.‘

-Lisa, Parent

‘I learnt that I am amazing and strong’

-Charlie, Participant (Age 10)

‘I got a lot out of the workshop and am able to carry what I learnt into year 12 to create a less stressful environment for myself.’

-Jake, Participant (Age 16)

‘I enjoyed the self improvement workshop as it was a great way to improve my approach on leadership and critical thinking skills. Furthermore, I think it provided great benefit for the improvement of me as a person.’

-Sienna, Participant (Age 17)

“A lot of people have gone further than they thought because someone else thought they could.”
