Workshops

We offer workshops on a variety of topics including self-esteem, friendships, emotions, body image and more. The intention is to create a safe space to learn the value of being brave and vulnerable through sharing and connection. Whilst we encourage everyone to lift each other up, there is a strong focus on going within and connecting with self to uncover what we have within us. That’s where the magic happens! - when we can truly see for ourselves how amazing we are and the gifts we have within us.

Self Esteem

Self Esteem workshops are designed to educate about what self esteem is and how we have the power to improve our own. A strong focus is on celebrating the unique qualities we have within us, accepting ourselves as we are and realising the importance of sharing our gifts with the world.

Body Image

Body Image workshops are designed to educate about what body image is and that we are so much more than our bodies, how being grateful for what our bodies do for us and knowing that our beauty is on the inside and learning to accept ourselves exactly as we are.

Emotions

Emotions are a part of being human. This workshop focuses on allowing them to come up and out. Finding ways that we can process and allow our emotions to flow. Keeping things in can be detrimental to our mental and physical well-being so a huge importance is placed on the expressing of self in a way that feels right to the individual. Burying negative emotions and stopping ourselves to feel and celebrate the positive emotions is common especially in young people who are getting to know themselves. This workshop encourages a deeper connection to our inner world, what truly makes us feel the way we feel and how we can fully express ourselves.

Friendships
