Is your daughter coming home upset about friendship dramas? Maybe someone was mean, she got left out, or the friend group is shifting again - the tween years can be tough when it comes to friendships.

This workshop gives your daughter practical tools she can actually use. We'll do lots of hands-on activities including friendship mapping, creative exercises, communication practice, and she'll create something special and personal to help support her friendship journey.

She'll learn how to navigate friendship challenges and how to be kind to herself through it all.
